FAQs

  • All studio sessions are confirmed and paid for at checkout. By completing your booking with Whit Studio, you agree to the following cancellation and rescheduling terms:

    • 7+ days’ notice: No cancellation fee applies. Your booking may be moved once to a new date, subject to availability.

    • 3–6 days’ notice: 50% of the total booking fee will be retained.

    • Less than 48 hours’ notice: 75% of the total booking fee will be retained.

    Rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing and are subject to studio availability. Failure to attend a booked session without notice may result in the full booking fee being retained.

    For full-package productions involving external crew, equipment hire, or additional production services, Whit Studio reserves the right to apply additional cancellation charges where third-party costs have already been committed.

  • All required studio equipment, microphones, setup, and session support are included within your selected package. Any editing or post-production services will be clearly listed before checkout.

  • No, sessions are designed for both beginners and experienced hosts. Our team will guide you through the setup and recording process on the day.
